• Health Data (if applicable): Information related to medical consultations, including audio recordings and reports.

• Ensure the safety and security of your data.
• Provide support services to you, your employer, or organization.

3. Data Retention

• Audio Recordings: Deleted immediately after generating transcripts.
• Transcripts and Reports: Stored for up to 72 hours to allow review and download, after which they are permanently deleted. You can opt to have transcripts deleted immediately via your profile settings.
