OurMind is building an AI platform that removes administrative burden and expands healthcare capacity. Our Ambient AI generates a clinical note in under 10 seconds, integrates with ChipSoft, and is used by 14 Dutch hospitals — 18% of the market — within 1.5 years. Our second product, OurMind Assistant, is a general-purpose AI assistant that goes far beyond summarising conversations.

What sets us apart isn't only our technology. It's our approach: hospitals choose us because the product works for them, and because we build it together with them.

About the role

You own how OurMind runs day-to-day. Contracts get sent, invoices get followed up, new hires get onboarded, payroll lands on time. The team trusts you to close the loop on things that would otherwise fall between people.

This is a hands-on role. You execute, you organise, and you improve as you go. You handle our HR administration, follow up with hospitals on payments, send out contracts, onboard new colleagues, and keep our internal tools in order. When something is unclear or isn't working, you fix it.

The role is designed to grow. After 18–24 months of strong execution, this position evolves into Operations Manager — owning broader operational systems and, when the time is right, building a small team. You're laying the foundation OurMind will scale on for the next three years.
