OurMind is building an AI platform that removes administrative burden and expands healthcare capacity. Our Ambient AI generates a clinical note in under 10 seconds, integrates with ChipSoft, and is used by 14 Dutch hospitals. Our second product, OurMind Assistant, is a general-purpose AI assistant that goes far beyond summarising conversations.
What sets us apart isn't only our technology. It's our approach: hospitals choose us because the product works for them, and because we build it together with them.
OurMind started with ambient AI that takes documentation off clinicians' hands. We're now growing into a broader platform that supports the doctor before, during and after the consultation — from preparation and summarisation to ordering, decision support and billing.
That comes with a clear responsibility. Healthcare professionals need to trust what we recommend and the actions we propose. So we're certifying our entire platform under the MDR (Class IIb). As QA/RA Lead, you'll be the person who makes that happen.
This isn't a back-office role. You build the foundation that lets clinicians rely on us — and lets the company keep scaling. You'll work daily with engineering, product and the clinical team, and every new feature runs through you.
